Do's and Don'ts
Do:
- Remember removing a stage cancels all tasks for contacts in that stage.
- Plan your event goals and tasks, as contacts can't move to a previous stage.
Don't:
- Remove stages from an active campaign to avoid confusion.
- Send marketing to unsubscribed contacts. Honor their decisions.
